Ebi no Hana is a soft yet crispy shrimp-flavored senbei (rice cracker) snack.
Made from finely milled, high quality rice similar to the famous Koshihikari, it provides a crispy and delicate texture to the product. Rice Senbei are a regional specialty of Saitama, having originated from the prefecture.
