Age Kiriboshi Daikon Karikari Snack is made from shredded dried Daikon (or white radish) which is the most commonly eaten vegetable in Japan. Although it's commonly eaten raw, cooked or pickled, they are now available as a dried snack!
With no chemicals or preservatives added, these gluten-free snacks are made entirely using Miyazaki prefecture's dried Daikon, rice flour and oil. They can be eaten as is, as a snack or as a topping for cooking! Packed with nutrients and dietary fiber, one bag of these snacks are equivalent to almost 420g of raw radish!
