Black Cod, or Patagonian Toothfish, is an extremely prized fish with seafood lovers. Its flesh has a high fat content and is prized for its smooth, buttery texture. When cooked, its flaky white meat comes off the bones easily.

Staff Review: Absolutely decadent! It has a beautiful pearl white sheen, and the meat is melt-in-your-mouth soft! Recommended to marinate with miso for a rich umami flavour, or steamed chinese-style with soya sauce.
