Buri is Yellowtail that is typically wild caught in Japanese waters. Unlike their farmed counterparts, the flesh of Buri is typically characterised as being less fatty and more firm. This makes them perfect for grilling and pan frying, without them being to oily and falling apart at high temperatures. Our Marunami Buri Teriyaki is pre-grilled with quality teriyaki sauce and just needs to be heated up to be enjoyed!

Staff Review: Buri is definitely leaner than the typical farmed Hamachi that is commonly available, which is great! Enjoy this without a cloying taste of oil in your mouth.
