The ginger used in this drink is grown in Minuma rice field - a famous ginger producing area since the Edo period, which lies largely in Saitama City. It is grown with no pesticides and is harvested by the hands of energetic young farmers!
Ginger Bug is particular and only uses natural ingredients sourced from Saitama, brewing the beer using the old-fashioned manufacturing method. As such, this ginger beer is additive-free, coloring-free, fragrance-free, gluten-free and contains almost no alcohol! You can feel the aroma of ginger, citrus, honey and fermentation, which gives you a satisfying feeling as if you had a alcohol drink.
