Shirodashi is a light-colored condensed soup stock. This soup stock is made of a combination of bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, frigate mackerel flakes and kelp from Hokkaido. No preservatives or artificial colors are added.

Staff Review: This soup stock is light but flavourful at the same time and makes a very warm, comforting bowl of noodles. Remember to taste and dilute when needed as it is a concentrate!
