Tempura is a popular fritter cooking technique in Japan, usually of vegetables, meat, or seafood, deep-fried in a light, airy batter.
Our tempura mix is easy to prepare, just combine 100g of the mix with 160ml of water. We highly recommend using our Frozen Nobashi Ebi, or sliced pumpkin and vegetables with this batter. Enjoy your beautiful tempura with our tempura dipping sauce!
