As Salmon is not commonly found/reared in Japan, they use a mixture of Japanese caught salmon as well as overseas salmon to make this Salmon Flake product. This is also to ensure the highest quality is used and that the goodness of the material is preserved and the flavor is finished. As the salmon flakes are seasoned slightly, it can be eaten with just white rice!
