We do provide next day delivery on most of our frozen items, sauces, ice creams and ready-to-cook items, ordered before 11am the previous day. Your shopping cart will automatically inform you the earliest possible date for delivery at check out. The rest of the frozen items and fresh items are eligible for the following day delivery.
Our delivery person will give you a call when he/she arrives, and if no one is home, we will ask for permission to leave the order outside your door. If permission is not granted or if you cannot be reached, we will take it back and arrange for a next day redelivery at an additional cost of $15.
Unfortunately, you can only change or cancel items that are pre-ordered in advance (i.e. airflown items). Do contact us if it is extremely important that you amend your order, and we will try our best to help you on a case-by-case basis.
Once you have checked out and made payment on MoguShop, your order will be automatically processed. If there are any changes in order status on our end, we will contact you via the contact details that you have provided.
