We charge a small fee of $5 for orders between $75 and $99 (after all discounts), and $15 for orders below $75 to cover the cost of delivery. Feel free to explore more of MoguShop to find more items that you'll love to add to your cart!
We provide next day delivery on most of our items as long as you order before 11.59 p.m. Some fresh and airflown items may take more time to be processed, and your shopping cart will automatically inform you the earliest possible date for delivery at check out. You can also select a later date and give us special instructions at checkout.
We deliver every day except Sunday! Our friendly delivery colleagues will deliver your items to you between 5pm to 7.30pm on Mondays to Fridays and 2.30pm to 5pm on Saturdays and Public Holidays. You can also leave us a comment at checkout if you require a different delivery timing, and we will do our best to accede to your request.
For airflown items, we will need a number of days to get them to you, so please order in advance!
Our delivery person will give you a call when he/she arrives, and if no one is home, we will ask for permission to leave the order outside your door. If permission is not granted or if you cannot be reached, we will take it back and arrange for a next day redelivery at an additional cost of $15.
Unfortunately, you can only change or cancel items that are pre-ordered in advance (i.e. airflown items). Do contact us if it is extremely important that you amend your order, and we will try our best to help you on a case-by-case basis.
Once you have checked out and made payment on MoguShop, your order will be automatically processed. If there are any changes in order status on our end, we will contact you via the contact details that you have provided.
