Our sustainably-harvested Fresh Salmon Fillet is of premium quality and can be prepared in a multitude of ways. The fattier cuts can be enjoyed raw as sashimi, chirashi, or poké, while the leaner cuts can be frozen for later use and then steamed or pan-fried. Comes with instructions on how to slice and prepare your very own sashimi grade salmon!
