Carefully curated just for you, this extremely rare Japanese A4 wagyu sirloin hails from the rice-producing Miyazaki prefecture. Cattle bred there are famous for eating plenty of straw from Sasanishiki, Hitomebore and other leading rice varieties that are grown in pristine water. As a result, the beef is beautifully marbled with an abundance of natural flavour.
