How to Cook: Jamie's Cold Soba Noodles with Salmon Teriyaki
Try Jamie's simple cold soba salad with salmon, perfect for a hot afternoon!
What you need:
What to do:
- Marinate salmon with teriyaki sauce for 4 hours
- Bring a pot of water to boil and cook buckwheat noodles
- Drain noodles well
- Shred crabsticks and cucumbers and squeeze them dry
- Mix noodled with crabsticks, cucumbers and Kewpie Sesame Dressing & top with bonito flakes
- Bake teriyaki salmon on both sides till it crisp up
Note: To prevent the dressing from becoming too diluted, do remember to drain any excess liquid well from the cucumbers and noodles before mixing it with the dressing
