How to Cook: Jamie's Cold Soba Noodles with Salmon Teriyaki

Try Jamie's simple cold soba salad with salmon, perfect for a hot afternoon!
What you need: 

What to do:

  1. Marinate salmon with teriyaki sauce for 4 hours
  2. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook buckwheat noodles
  3. Drain noodles well
  4. Shred crabsticks and cucumbers and squeeze them dry
  5. Mix noodled with crabsticks, cucumbers and Kewpie Sesame Dressing & top with bonito flakes
  6. Bake teriyaki salmon on both sides till it crisp up

Note: To prevent the dressing from becoming too diluted, do remember to drain any excess liquid well from the cucumbers and noodles before mixing it with the dressing
